US government to partner with Ghana and 4 Coastal West Africa countries on strategy to prevent conflict and promote stability

On Friday, the U.S. government announced its intent to partner with Ghana and four Coastal West African countries – Benin, Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana, Guinea, and Togo – in the context of the 10-year U.S. Strategy to Prevent Conflict and Promote Stability.
